Do you accept insurance?

Yes, TheraVolve Wellness Co. is a participating provider with Medicare, CMS, Sunshine, and Certified Tricare. We also accept the Step Up For Students Unique Abilities Scholarship. For all other services, we are primarily private pay. If you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we're happy to provide a superbill, an itemized document of services you can submit on your own behalf.

You also have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of your costs. Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges before services are provided. Just ask, and we'll make sure you know what to expect.

How do I pay for Speech Therapy?

We accept most major insurance plans and also offer private pay options. Our team will work with you to verify your benefits and walk you through what to expect before your first session. Please note that all self-pay fees and co-pays are due at the time of service. If you have questions about coverage or costs, just reach out—we're happy to help you navigate the process.

What type of services are offered?

From first words to boardroom presentations, we help people communicate with confidence at every stage of life. Our clinical services include speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy across a wide range of specialties including language development and disorders, cognitive-communication rehabilitation, dysphagia management, SPEAK OUT!® for Parkinson's, social pragmatics, and voice therapy. We also support professionals through public speaking coaching and executive communication consulting.

Where are services are offered?

TheraVolve provides services across multiple settings to meet clients where they're most comfortable. We offer in-clinic appointments at our Tampa Bay location, in-home therapy for those who prefer or require services in their own space, school-based sessions to support students in their learning environment, and telehealth for convenient virtual access from anywhere. All services are available in both English and Spanish.

Do you work with adults or children?

Both! We're people therapists first, and we understand that every person is unique. Our team includes therapists who specialize in specific areas, so we're able to match you with the right clinician for your needs.

Do you offer more than just Speech Therapy?

Yes! We're excited to announce that TheraVolve is expanding. In addition to our comprehensive speech-language pathology services, we'll soon be offering physical and occupational therapy. Stay tuned as we grow into a full multidisciplinary wellness team.
